Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Oklahoma City. The Shipping & Receiving associate will play a critical role in verifying merchandise maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the safe handling of materials. This position requires attention to detail physical stamina and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming shipments ensuring accuracy of item numbers and quantities
Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies
Use RF scanners or other systems to track inventory movement and updates
Rotate stock and maintain proper inventory organization
Safely put away merchandise into designated warehouse locations
Meet productivity and accuracy goals while keeping work areas clean and safe

Requirements

1 year minimum warehouse experience (3 years preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (squat stand walk reach) daily
Strong computer skills and familiarity with RF scanning systems
Team-oriented with ability to work independently
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Commitment to following safety procedures and reporting concerns

Physical Demands & Safety

The Shipping & Receiving position requires frequent lifting bending and standing for extended periods. Candidates must be safety-conscious and comfortable working in a busy warehouse setting.
