Core responsibilities
Outbound calls: Initiate calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services generate leads and persuade them to purchase or take appointments.
Inbound calls: Answer incoming calls to assist customers with inquiries provide information and resolve complaints.
Customer relationship management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Sales and follow-up: Process orders follow up with leads and engage in follow-up calls for customer feedback and issue resolution.
Market research: Gather information from the target market to understand customer needs and trends.
Adherence to guidelines: Follow scripts company policies and methodologies to ensure consistent service delivery.
Required skills and qualifications
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport handle different customer types and switch communication styles as needed.
Sales and negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills are necessary for generating sales.
Computer proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills are required to maintain records.
Product knowledge: Thorough understanding of the products or services being offered is essential.
