Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm CST
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights that improve product performance and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate across time zones with US-based business sales and operations teams as well as Product DS Engineering teams in Vietnam.
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines SQL scripts and BI infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
- Translate data into clear actionable insights through concise and visual storytelling.
- Strengthen the analytics culture by sharing best practices and improving workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- A proactive analyst who asks the right questions to uncover meaningful actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying analysis and automation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to challenge assumptions and interpret data contextually.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with US teams.
- Comfortable working independently with clear and consistent communication.
- Experience in banking fintech collections is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation (e.g. LLMs AI agents) to enhance efficiency and quality.
