Job Summary
P1C1STSSupports key strategic initiatives in the planning analysis and delivery of projects. Drives project execution for respective areas and owns key initiatives within their ResponsibilitiesShould have experience in driving Training material creation initiativeShould have an experience in Defining strategy designing templates identifying backlog prioritize Project Governance Lead and manage project lifecycles for strategic initiatives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Technology Relations objectivesIdentify and implement new tactics to support overarching Technology Relations goals across multiple functions leveraging cross-functional collaboration Own the creation and maintenance of functional calendars and knowledge repositories to enhance team coordination and information sharingDevelop uplift and maintain playbooks documenting key areas of expertise for internal training and external knowledge sharing Project Management Capabilities:Plan organize and manage projects from initiation through closure applying best practices in scope schedule and resource managementUtilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress manage risks and communicate status to stakeholders effectively Coordinate cross-functional teams facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on trackPrioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment demonstrating agility and problem solving skillsPrepare project documentation including charters plans status reports and post-project reviews to support continuous improvementEngage with senior leadership and C Suite stakeholders understanding their needs and delivering accurate timely updates and deliverablesSkills and AttributesAbility to create vision and strategy and equally important drive execution both thinker and doerProactive and self-motivated working ahead of deadlines and exceeding expectationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and deep organizational capabilitiesAbility to work independently or collaboratively within a teamComfortable operating under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Understanding of C Suite priorities emphasizing accuracy and expediencyImpactContributes to the achievement of team objectives and supports the functional area s success through effective project management and strategic execution.
