岗位职责:

1. 5S保证收发货物料的库区符合5S标准

2. 车辆维护每日的叉车车况检查和清洁损坏时及时申报检修保证叉车处于良好运行状态

3. 现场管理依据每日收发货计划将到厂车辆人员时间合理安排保证安全有效的工作

4. 收货执行收货标准化工作流程检查物料卸货送检入库保证收货的100%准确

5. 发货执行发货标准化工作流程备货装车出厂保证发货的100%准确

6. 看板信息更新出入库时要更新看板和料筐的标牌保证实物与看板库存信息一致

7. 检验状态更新物料送检后依不同状态摘挂签

8. 生产用料检查根据每日生产计划检查物料的可用状态和数量缺料时通知计划部

9. 包装控制控制工厂和供应商处空包装的流动和统计

10.仓储按照先进先出的原则出入库/存储/移动物料

11.库存量控制收发货/移动物料后要立即更新库存看板监控存储量在最大/最小库存之间超出范围后要通知计划部解决

12.特殊物料的控制及时发现呆滞破损物料实物挂签标示通知相关部门解决并追踪结果保证存储物料的良好状态

13.盘点定期进行工厂/供应商库存的实物盘点日盘/月盘/年盘查找差异原因系统中录入盘点结果确保负责区域库存精度达到95%以上

14.客户服务解答客户供应商对于物料在收发存储中的问题

15.其它根据主管安排其他工作事宜

任职资格:

1.高中技校以上学历

2.有叉车证并且具备实操的叉车经验

3.需要具备库房管理工作技能

4.良好的沟通能力

5.能够使用Office办公软件的优先
