Job Description:

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Architect and develop responsive user-friendly web applications using Angular (latest versions) HTML5 CSS3 and TypeScript.
Collaborate with product owners UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver integrated solution
Ensure code quality through regular code reviews unit testing and adherence to coding standards.
Optimize applications for performance scalability and security.
Implement telecom-specific UI workflows such as provisioning dashboards OSS/BSS portals and real-time analytics interfaces.
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards (e.g. TM Forum 3GPP) where applicable.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
8 years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Expertise in Angular (v10) TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and RxJS.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems.
Experience in telecom domain (OSS BSS systems network management or similar) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
