Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle PLSQL Developer with strong development experience and proficiency in Unix Shell scripting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining database applications and scripts that support business operations and data processing workflows.
This role requires a solid understanding of relational databases performance tuning and automation using Unix shell.
Design develop and maintain Oracle PLSQL procedures functions packages and triggers.
Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and scalability.
Develop Unix Shell scripts to automate data processing and system tasks.
Collaborate with business analysts and application teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Perform data analysis troubleshooting and debugging of production issues.
Support deployment activities and provide post-deployment validation and monitoring.
Document technical specifications processes and procedures.
5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PLSQL development.
Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries stored procedures and performance tuning.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux Shell scripting (e.g. Bash KornShell).
Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g. Autosys Cron).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
