Position Overview
Signal Energy is looking for Talent Management Intern for Summer 2026. This opportunity will play a key supporting role in driving initiatives that help attract retain and develop top talent within the organization. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in human capital strategy within the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.
You will assist the Talent Management team with a range of functions across the employee lifecycleincluding talent acquisition onboarding performance management learning and development and employee engagement. Through meaningful project work and collaboration with cross-functional teams youll gain insight into how a fast-paced clean energy company nurtures and scales its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and improving learning and development programs including onboarding leadership training and career development workshops.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to support company-wide talent initiatives and events.
- Assist the Recruiting team with drafting and optimizing job descriptions aligned with company goals and values.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to inform talent strategies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collect and analyze feedback and data to measure the success of talent initiatives.
- Support the planning and logistics of in-person and virtual learning sessions including preparing materials and helping facilitate sessions.
- Help design engaging and modern training content including slide decks toolkits videos and microlearning materials.
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media career page career fairs)
Qualifications
Education:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree/diploma in Human Resources Human Resource Development Business Administration Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field
- A 3.0 GPA
Skills & Competencies:
- Passionate about people development learning strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven with experience in research or reporting tools (Excel Power BI etc.)
- Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
