Job Summary
Pay: $16/hr
Summary:
A surveying and mapping company is looking for ENTRY LEVEL Surveyors/Rodman in Boca Raton. Ideal candidates will have experience working outside and will be open to learning and training to enter the land surveying industry. Work hours are from 6:45am to 3:45pm M-F with no weekends.
Working outside you will be responsible for:
*Cut and run survey line around roadways
*Clear any brush or trees away from the survey line
*Measure how far different points are from each other using a tape or electronic equipment
*Lay out stakes to prepare for survey measurements
Pay: $16/hr
Requirements:
* Previous general labor experience in Surveying Construction Heavy Manufacturing Warehouse or other Industrial Environment
*Valid Drivers License
*Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
* Preferred experience as a survey instrument operator.
