Delivery Coordinator:

Reporting to theSr. Manager Off-Premises Strategy theDelivery Coordinatorowns the day-to-day execution and reporting that keeps CAVAs off-premises delivery channels running smoothly across first-party and third-party marketplaces. This role leads order triage VIP and large-order coordination marketplace issue resolution and operational analytics reporting and updates that enable best-in-class reliability and guest experience.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and execute all recurring and ad hocoperational reportingfor restaurant and channel performance; surface trends defects and opportunities with clear concise summaries.
• Manage live order triage for catering deliveries providing order context and resolving fulfillment blockers in real time to protect guest experience.
• CoordinateVIP and large-order scheduling; handle escalations follow-through and proactive communication with restaurants and partners.
• Maintain and update theCatering Locationand service radius reference to reflect restaurant openings and coverage changes with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Process routinerefunds incident follow-ups and driver actionsfor 1P/3P issues in line with established policies; escalate complex or high-impact cases as needed.
• Field and resolveSupport Centerand field team inquiries related to 1P/3P deliveries; act as the first responder and ensure effective hand-offs.
• Prepare weekly partner materials and track action items forDoorDashUber Eats andCateringcadences; log issues file tickets and ensure timely closure of commitments.
• Maintain clearSOPsfor triage scheduling refunds and portal workflows; propose improvements to increase speed and reduce defects.

The Qualifications:

• 24 years inoperations coordinationlogisticscustomer support ormarketplace operationswithin retail QSR or delivery platforms.
• Strongsituational judgmentand calm under pressure in live-order situations; bias for action and guest-first problem solving.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communicationwith restaurant teams support centers and external partners.
• Working knowledge ofdelivery marketplacesand fulfillment workflows; comfort navigating partner portals.
• Proficiency withExcel and Google Sheetsand data analysis; ability to translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
• Willingness to supportflexible hoursincluding occasional early mornings evenings or weekends aligned to live-order needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Must be able to identify analyze and assess details
• For certain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
• Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations as applicable
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
