Lead Change that Matters
Were seeking anEnterprise Change Managerto lead the design delivery and embedding of change initiatives that shape the future of our organisation and the communities we serve.

Youll lead change strategy design change narrative embed best-practice frameworks and build capability across the organisationwith a team of change managers ensuring every change makes a meaningful impact.

The Opportunity

As the Enterprise Change Manager youll provide strategic leadership and hands-on support across enterprise-wide change initiatives. Reporting to the Head of People Engagement you will:

Drive adoption of new systems processes and cultural shifts that enhance client and employee experiences.

Establish and champion an enterprise-wide changenarrative changemanagement framework methodology and toolkit tailored for a large human services workforce.
Build and coach a network of changemanagerschampionsand leaders across Scope.

Synthesise insights and value realisation to inform strategic decisions.
Foster collaboration innovation and continuous improvement across programs of work.

This role is ideal for a seasoned change professional who thrives in complex people-centred environmentsand can unite diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for change.

About You

You bring depth of experience in leading enterprise-wide transformationand understand the nuances of driving change in large values-based organisations. Youll have:

Proven expertise in change management methodologies(e.g. PROSCI PCI CCMP).
Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills to shape compelling change narratives.
Experienceleading change in human services organisations.
A coaching mindset and commitment to developing others in change capability.
