Unity Stars Nurseries are seeking passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leadersto join our dedicated team at our Chalkstone Way site.

About the role

We are looking for experienced Room Leaders to play a vital role in the launch and development of our new nursery setting.

As a Nursery Room Leader you will:

• lead a room to ensure a high-quality stimulating and nurturing environment
• supervise and mentor staff sharing best practices
• contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

You will need:

• A qualified childcare professional (minimum Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
• To be confident in leading and inspiring a team
• To be creative reflective and passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and education
• To be skilled in building strong relationships with children families and colleagues
