Responsibilities

  • Offer courteous and personalized service to our vast clientele by communicating with them via chat email ticketing system or telephone
  • Process requests for product returns price matches warranties etc.
  • Follow up on orders and any research related to them
  • Follow up with our warehouse marketing or product content teams as needed
  • Remain vigilant in the face of potential fraud
  • Manage several tasks at once

Qualifications

  • Ability to promote excellence in customer service
  • Must be willing to travel to and work from one of our many store-front locations
  • Experience in Live Chat Zendesk Shopify is an asset
  • Bi-lingual English French is an asset
  • Retail experience is an asset
