Position: Skilled Machine Operator
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM or 7:00AM - 7:00PM (12-hour shift; 2-2-3 schedule)
Pay: $28/hour Shift Premium
Bonuses: Monthly Production Bonus & Monthly Attendance Bonus Eligible

What Youll Do
- Operate and monitor a 75-yard production line with accuracy and attention to detail
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain steady production and top-quality output
- Support machine changeovers setups and daily maintenance
- Test inspect and ensure quality of finished products
- Collaborate with your team to meet safety efficiency and quality goals
- Work safely and effectively in a warm manufacturing environment
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of hands-on experience operating or troubleshooting machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-focused environment
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 50 ft) and using lifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and reach up to 84 inches
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule including some weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
