Mobile Device Administrator
Full-Time
Location: Northampton MA
Salary: $52000-$60000
ServiceNets IT team is seeking an experienced Mobile Device Administrator to lead and manage the agencys mobile technology program - including iPhones iPads Android tablets payroll punch devices and Zoom Room/conference room systems - while assisting with key infrastructure projects across multiple locations. Were looking for someone who is humble smart and driven as well as a team player with excellent communication skills technical curiosity and a strong commitment to service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of agency-issued mobile devices (iPhones iPads Android tablets payroll punch devices Zoom Room and conference room tablets) including setup configuration deployment maintenance and decommissioning.
- Oversee Intune Apple Business Manager and related MDM systems.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and manage mobile costs with Fiscal and IT.
- Audit device configurations and access controls to ensure ongoing compliance with HIPAA and internal security policies.
- Support Teams Zoom and Outlook integrations for mobile and conference room devices.
- Assist with broader IT infrastructure and project work as needed including networking systems upgrades and site deployments.
- Train staff and maintain mobile documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to technology planning and improvement efforts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associates degree in IT Computer Science or related field (Bachelors preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Intune iOS and Android device management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment.
