Job Summary

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties to include carpentry drywall painting flooring window and door repair light plumbing and electrical
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Qualifications
- 3 years of Handyman or multi-trade experience
- Valid Real ID
- Own truck or van and valid vehicle insurance
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills Collaborative optimistic reliable
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
