Job Summary
On Call Hospice RN (7 On 7 Off)
We have recently engaged with a very progressive well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Atlanta GA area. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction clinical excellence and quality care for each member of the family.
Our client is offering the following benefits:
- Annual Salary: $85000-$92000
- Health Insurance-Employer pays up to 72% of premium
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Mileage Reimbursement-$0.50 per mile
- PTO-80 hours in your first year
- Paid Holidays-6 Federal 2 Floating Holidays
- Retirement Package: 401(k) with 3% match
- Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance Short/Long Term Disability etc.
Responsibilities:
- 7 days on and 7 days off
- 7PM to 7AM
- Making Triage Calls And Visits as Patients Needs Arise After Hours
- May Have to go to Emory (Not Very Often)
- Evaluate Patients
- Develop and Implement Care Plans
- Check Vital Signs
- Support Family Members
- Notify Necessary Parties of Patient Deaths
- Follow Physician Orders
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- 1 year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
- 2 years of in-home patient care experience-Required
- Familiarity with EMR systems -Preferred
