Job Summary

What You Will Do

Execute reliability improvement projects for similar equipment across the Clarios
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for significant breakdown of similar equipment across the network
Support the creation/improvement of technical specifications of maintenance work (BAE & TAE)
Train shop floor personnel on Reliability Tools (Predictive Maintenance Lubrication etc.)

Facilitation of learning workshops
Leading/Managing external vendors
Hands-on training

What We Look For

Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
Working Arrangements: On-site based at our manufacturing facility in St Joseph MO.
