Provides emotional/spiritual support to patients families and clinical staff throughout Great River Health System. Conducts spiritual assessment & provides appropriate spiritual/emotional support. Provide counseling for patients families and staff. Facilitates crisis intervention. Provides bereavement care and support. Serves as patient advocate. Provides knowledge in advance directives. Conduct religious worship and perform other spiritual functions of various religious faiths or denominations. Provide spiritual and moral guidance and assistance to patients families and staff.
Qualifications:
Must be ordained or licensed clergy and have completed one unit of CPE or in the process of completing a unit of CPE.
