Job Summary
Bayside Ford is hiring an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team! Were looking for someone with strong technical skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality automotive this role youll diagnose and repair vehicles perform maintenance and help ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

What Youll Do
Perform repairs and maintenance as listed on repair orders
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify issues
Diagnose and repair systems including engines transmissions brakes suspension and air conditioning
Communicate with Service Advisors about additional needed repairs and time estimates
Complete warranty and customer repairs following manufacturer standards
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ford Certification is a plus
Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Ability to use electronic diagnostic tools and software
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
