PACE Center Manager

Empath Health is searching for a detail-oriented Center Manager to oversee one of our PACE locations in Tampa FL to provide comprehensive medical and social services that allow seniors to remain safe and independent in their communities. What Youll Do

As a PACE Center Manager you will oversee daily center operationsincluding the day center clinic and home care servicesensuring a high standard of care and compliance with all regulations. Reporting to the Executive Director you will:

• Lead and supervise day center staff CNAs and other assigned team members.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning family meetings and participant support services.
• Manage staff hiring onboarding scheduling evaluations and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to oversee budgets compliance and operational standards.
• Act as liaison between PACE disciplines departments external providers and families.

Position Requirements

• Minimum Associates degree with 57 years of management experience in a fast-paced high-volume healthcare environment. 23 years of progressive leadership experience required.
• Florida professional license (RN Social Work Therapy etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of the physical mental and social needs of older adults.
• Strong leadership problem-solving and team-building skills.
• Successful completion of competency assessment upon hire and annually thereafter.
• Valid Florida drivers license proof of insurance and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quality/compliance or managed care/capitated programs.
• Professional background in Nursing Social Work Therapy Dietetics Gerontology or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive quality outcomes.
