RDAリアルタイムデフェクトアナリシス工程内欠陥検査チームは製造ラインで発生する異常を早期に発見し発生エリアへ迅速にフィードバックして異常品の流出を最小化することを使命としています
このポジションでは欠陥レビューを通じて製品の良否を判断し原因を調査し関係部門へ情報を共有する重要な役割を担います
異常を流出させないことが最大のミッションです

<主な業務内容>

自動欠陥検査装置で検出された欠陥の確認と分類作業電子顕微鏡SEMによる自動観察結果を分類する作業

規格を逸脱した欠陥(自動判定されます)が発生した製品の発生原因特定とフィードバック

品質異常報告書の作成

製品技術部門PIEやプロセス部門PEEの歩留まり改善コスト削減活動をサポート

検査工程の仕掛品WIPの管理とコントロール

Defect Inspection Technician (RDA Shift Technician)

Job Summary

RDA (Real-Time Defect Analysis In-Line Defect Inspection Team) works to detect abnormalities in the manufacturing line quickly and provide feedback to the area to minimize defective product flow.

This position reviews defects judges product quality investigates root causes and shares information with related departments.

Preventing abnormal products from leaving the line is the most important mission.

Main Responsibilities

Check and classify defects detected by an automated inspection tool (classification based on images from Auto SEM (Automated Scanning Electron Microscope) following defect library)

Identify root cause of defects automatically judged as out of control(spec) and provide feedback to related departments.

Prepare quality issue reports

Support yield improvement and cost reduction activities for Product Integration Engineering (PIE) and Process Engineering (PEE) teams

Manage and control WIP (Work In Process) in inspection process

Required Skills

Basic operation of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)

Good communication skills for coordination with other departments (must be able to report contact and consult clearly)

Ability to manage work and health

Positive attitude toward work

Technical tasks will be fully trained and supported after joining so no need to worry.
Japanese skill

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience in semiconductors (not mandatory)

Ability to work in shift work

Work Schedule

4 days work / 4 days off shift system

Day shift: 8:00 20:15

Night shift: 20:00 8:15 next day

(Cycle: Day Day Night Night 4 days off repeat)
