About the Role
As a senior social work oversight practitioner you will join a fast-paced team within the family help service of Coalville. You will have responsibility for a case load of child in need cases overseeing the key workers and their child in need-led cases chairing relevant meetings working with data sets and targets chairing strategy meetings and completing section 47 enquiries. You will be the driving force of the plans and provide monthly oversight on the cases you hold alongside supporting the progression of plans and interventions with children and their families. You will work closely with the team and partnership manager the team leaders and the team manager for a joined up coordinated approach to cases which may include you identifying escalations and case step is a really rare and exciting opportunity to join
