Our Customer Support Specialist:
Communicates with corporate customers and business partners
Investigates and improves of customer claims up to approved authority levels
Interacts with other departments to resolve customer situations
Works in an international and dynamic environment
About you:

Has good teamwork skills and cheerful attitude
Has good knowledge of English and Spanish (B2-C1)
Owns the ability to prioritize and perform work
Can multi-task and respond to rapid change without any worries
Understands well the principles and foundations of MS Office Programs

Have work experience in the field of support or data entry
Are good in communication and problem solving
