The Role
Were seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead direct sales business development and topline strategies across a portfolio of hotels.
In this high-impact role youll shape commercial success through collaboration with our Revenue Strategy and Marketing teams driving growth elevating performance and inspiring our teams to deliver at the highest level.
What Youll Do
- Lead a portfolio of hotels sales strategy to maximize revenue market share and profitability.
- Oversee group room sales performance driving conversion pricing and business mix strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key clients brand partners and ownership groups.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing leaders to ensure commercial alignment.
- Coach develop and empower high-performing sales teams across the organization.
What You Bring
- 10 years of progressive hotel sales leadership; multi-property or regional experience required.
- Proven success in driving group and transient revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality sales systems distribution and commercial analytics.
- Strong leadership communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelors degree preffered
