Job Summary
Santa Fe Toyota is hiring a Sales Consultantfor our store. As a Sales Consultant which we call Experience Guides you will play an important role in creating a fantastic guest experience at our youre a self-sufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-pacedfun environment then were looking for you. As anExperience Guide you will be responsible for assisting guests through the entire car sales process.
What Youll Do:
- Assist with selection of vehicles presentation of protection products and overall guest experience.
- Provide clear transparent options for our guests to make well-informed decisions
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure that every one of our guests those that are purchasing an automobile and those that are not yet have an unparalleled experience.
- Take pride in your work celebrate with guests and be a part of a team that believes in doing things the right way.

Salary: $2500 draw potential salary: $60000 To $240000
(The Sales Consultant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Compensation of $2500 draw.)
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid in-state drivers license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and valid drivers license.
