Job Summary
Telephone BDC Sales Agent
Subaru Evergreen Park IL

Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls/text/emails to interested car buyers and set up appointments for sales associates.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system (VINSOLUTIONS)
- Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions or concerns and provide additional information as needed
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telephone sales or telemarketing
- Outgoing bubbly personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge and passion for Subaru vehicles is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
