Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent that aligns with our companys goals and culture. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to identify staffing needs ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

This role will meet the high-volume recruitment needs for Egis. This position is crucial for sourcing and hiring top talent to drive our growth in engineering services for public infrastructure building and energy market sectors.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing collaborative individual with a passion for in talent attraction. They should have strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust recruitment strategies. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment fostering a collaborative environment to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and high-performing talent pool.
  • Guide Hiring Managers through large-scale recruitment processes.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting focusing on high-volume roles including resume reviews phone screenings interviews and reference checks.
  • Promote company culture and career benefits to attract top talent.
  • Maintain candidate data and leverage recruitment tools.
  • Build industry contacts and partnerships to support recruitment efforts.
  • Establish a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future projects.
  • Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment especially in engineering and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong skills in talent attraction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategy development.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Strong English communication skills bilingual in French and English is an asset
