Playgrounds and Furniture Team Member

Remuneration: Band 3 salary from $75715.99 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO

Location: Hoppers Crossing based

About the role

As part of the Open Space department youll be responsible for the care and operation of plant tools and equipment associated with playground maintenance. Youll also carry out daily allocated tasks and perform minor repairs to playgrounds and park furniture in line with set standards and productivity targets.

What your day will look like

Carrying out playground and park furniture maintenance and repairs

Assisting other team members as required

Ensuring relevant use of personal safety clothing and equipment

Ensuring that works are undertaken and maintained in a safe manner to both employees and public as per governing standards including quality and health and safety guidelines

Undertaking work with the minimum of inconvenience and disruption to the public

What you will bring

Experience in a similar role

The ability to perform manual labour

Skills and competency in use of small plant

Licenced to drive a motor vehicle including a truck (up to 13.9T)
