PRODUCTION UTILITY
Job Description Summary:Responsibleforassistingthe Production Line Lead in managing and overseeing the daily operations of a production line ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently safely and within the specifiedtimeframe.

Essential Functions - Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Line Lead in leading and motivating a team of production workers to meet daily production goals
- Support the development and implementation of efficient production processes and procedures
- Ensure that all workers follow safe work practices andcomply withcompany policies and procedures
- Monitor production line performance andassistin the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as Maintenance Quality Control and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and improve processes
- Assistin the training and mentoring of production workers on best practices and new procedures
- Prepare production reports andmaintainaccuraterecords of production output and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Line Lead
- Collaborate and work in other production areas as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations
Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ExcellentEnglishcommunication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
