Commercial Lines Account Manager (Middle Market)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial lines insurance who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. You will be responsible for managing middle-market accounts providing exceptional service and contributing to the overall success of the team. This position offers a small agency feel with a supportive culture and opportunities for growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $75000 annually (flexible depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market commercial lines accounts with premiums ranging from $25000 to $150000.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing including policy administration endorsements and renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience preferably in a generalist role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Enthusiastic detail-oriented and capable of managing accounts independently from start to finish.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a small close-knit team environment.
