Descripción del puesto:
En Copeland buscamos un estudiante analítico responsable y con gran atención al detalle para integrarse como Becario de Planeación de Producción. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de aprender sobre la planeación de materiales control de inventarios y programación de producción dentro de un entorno industrial global y dinámico.
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar en la elaboración seguimiento y actualización de los planes de producción.
Dar soporte en la revisión diaria de órdenes de producción y su cumplimiento.
Monitorear faltantes de materiales (shortages) y coordinar acciones con Compras y Almacén para asegurar la disponibilidad.
Analizar niveles de inventario consumo de materiales y requerimientos futuros.
Mantener actualizados los reportes de seguimiento en Excel con indicadores de producción materiales y cumplimiento.
Colaborar en la validación de materiales requeridos para órdenes abiertas o programadas.
Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización de procesos en planeación e inventarios.
Apoyar en el manejo de información dentro del sistema ERP (SAP o similar).
Requisitos:
Estudiante activo(a) de los últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial Logística Producción o afines.
Conocimientos sólidos en Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas fórmulas gráficas macros deseable).
Deseable conocimiento básico de MRP control de inventarios y procesos productivos.
Inglés intermedio (deseable).
Alta capacidad analítica organización y seguimiento.
