Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.

We are continuing on our growth journey with new clinics opening in 2026 and beyond.

As a result weare seeking aMedical Imaging Receptionistto join the team at our new clinic in Richmond opening in early 2026. You may also work across our growing Carlton clinic.

Committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers this role is integral to the experience our patients have with us along with the smooth running of our practice.

What will you be doing

As the first point of contact youll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature youll put patients at ease guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

You may be an experienced Medical Receptionist looking to take the next step in your career or you may be looking for a career change and to use your transferrable customer service skills.

Either waywe place a strong emphasis on the professional development of our team and will tailor a training program to develop and expand your skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients and providing them with information about their appointment
Managing calls and patient bookings
Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers
Managing patient invoicing and receipting

Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
Experience working autonomously and part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
Confidence with technology
Flexibility to work at multiple sites (within local vicinity) as required
