Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) in Kohler WI

Were seeking a dynamic results-driven Global Vice President of Aftermarket Parts and Service (AMPS) to lead the global aftermarket business for our Power Systems Division.
This executive owns the strategy execution and P&L for a high-impact business driving customer loyalty profitability and lifecycle value across parts service and product lifecycle solutions.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Aftermarket Strategy:
    Drive a world-class aftermarket organization focused on profitable growth customer experience and digital transformation.

  • Own the P&L:
    Deliver top- and bottom-line performance through smart pricing margin management and operational excellence.

  • Accelerate Channel Growth:
    Build and optimize distribution and dealer networks including e-commerce service centers service contracts and regional partners to expand market reach.

  • Drive Sales & Marketing Excellence:
    Lead aftermarket sales brand marketing and contract programs to boost parts and service revenue and strengthen customer retention.

  • Champion the Digital Customer Experience:
    Implement innovative digital platforms telematics and e-commerce solutions that enhance connectivity and drive repeat business.

  • Elevate Service Operations:
    Oversee fulfillment warranty training and technical support programs to ensure best-in-class reliability and customer satisfaction.

  • Inspire and Develop Teams:
    Lead a global cross-functional team with a culture of inclusion accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    Partner with Product Development Operations Finance and Regional GMs to align strategy and drive execution across the value chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.

  • 10 years in B2B with experience in service aftermarket or channel leadership roles with global scope.

  • Proven track record of P&L management channel development and commercial success in an industrial or power systems environment.

  • Strong knowledge of digital aftermarket technologies (CRM e-commerce telematics remote monitoring).

  • Exceptional leadership ability to communicate a vision and proven strategic execution skills.

The Salary range for this position is $215900.00-$ specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location.
