Internship in Marketing & Event Management (Quantum Computing Hackathon Project)

• Support in planning organizing and executing the Quantum Computing Hackathon in collaboration with the city of Berlin
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to attract attention and drive participation
• Create and maintain the event website and manage related web postings
• Assist in the organization of the closing event (February/March 2026)
• Develop and execute an editorial schedule for ongoing marketing activities
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and external marketing agencies
• Prepare and maintain presentations communication materials and event documentation
• Support project management tasks including timelines budgets and stakeholder coordination

• Enrolled Masters student (m/f/d) at a German university preferably in Event Management Business Administration Digital Media or a related field
• Ideally full-time availability (40h/week) for the internship period (6 months)
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a structured reliable and proactive approach
• Ability to perform under pressure and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Creative and self-driven with a strong interest in marketing events and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (both required)

Kipu Quantum is a German startup focused on quantum computing with offices in Karlsruhe and Berlin. We specialize in developing quantum algorithms tailored for specific applications and hardware. In December 2023 Kipu Quantum secured 10.5 million in seed funding led by HV Capital and DTCF (DeepTech & Climate Fonds) with participation from Entrada Ventures Quantonation and First Momentum Ventures. This funding will support the development of our hardware-specific quantum algorithms and accelerate the commercialization of our quantum solutions.
