Description -

Support the CSR team in executing End customer Distribution and Retail order operations backlog management and customer engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in the Lead-to-Cash process and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities: - Support daily order management operations including order entry validation and tracking using SAP S/4HANA.
- Assist with monitoring and resolving order processing issues working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Logistics Finance).
- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities related to order status backlogs and fulfillment KPIs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives including documentation and testing of new SAP functionalities or enhancements.
- Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions and operational reviews.

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering Information Systems or related field.

Knowledge and skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or order-to-cash processes is a plus.
- Interest or prior exposure to ERP systems especially SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Effective communication collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
- Effective english communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
