The Manager Cable Specialist Division is responsible for building leading and managing a specialized team of field technicians who perform medium voltage (MV) cable terminations splices and related installation and testing services. This position requires a licensed Electrical Contractor in the State of Texas. The manager will ensure all projects adhere to applicable federal state and local codes and standards and drive the development of a comprehensive training and qualification program for all field personnel.
This role will also lead efforts to expand the groups capabilities to become an industry-recognized Cable Specialist Division providing both installation and advanced diagnostic/testing services for MV cable systems.
