Remote - United States (with 85% travel domestic and international)
What Youll Do
As a Software Product Trainer youll be the face of eMaints training experience delivering engaging high-impact learning to customers and internal teams. Youll translate complex software concepts into practical easy-to-understand training that drives adoption and success.
In this role you will:
- Become a subject matter expert in the eMaint CMMS platform and related solutions
- Deliver training through various formats: onsite virtual sessions webinars and at training centers
- Present at customer events industry conferences and partner engagements
- Collaborate with internal experts to develop and continuously improve training content and learning paths
- Lead onboarding and enablement sessions for new and existing employees
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to enhance training programs and learner outcomes
- Partner with Support Professional Services and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Mentor and support junior trainers
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience delivering software training to diverse audiences
- Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
- Confidence presenting to both technical and executive-level audiences
- Willingness and ability to travel 85% (including occasional weekends)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Multilingual fluency (English French Spanish German Italian or Portuguese)
- Experience with CMMS or enterprise software training
- Background in adult learning or instructional design
