As part of our Technical Sales Engineering team youll collaborate with Sales Product Management and Channel Partners to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs. Youll play a strategic role in driving product adoption enabling partner success and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse industries.

As a Technical Sales Engineer youll play a critical role in positioning Trend Micros cybersecurity solutions to meet customer needs and drive business success.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Design technical solutions that address complex customer requirements
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through training and enablement
Stay current on cybersecurity trends and become a subject matter expert on Trend Micro products
Experience in cybersecurity concepts such as Zero Trust SASE and SOC operations
Familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical information clearly
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in delivering technical training and public speaking
