We are seeking a Global Fulfillment Planner with a primary focus on the EMEA this role the individual will apply developed subject matter expertise to manage demand and supply alignment resolve order fulfillment challenges and coordinate build and shipment priorities within established guidelines. The position requires working on problems of diverse complexity and scope balancing tactical execution with longer-term planning to ensure business objectives are met.
The Global Fulfillment Planner will work cross-functionally engaging with regional and global stakeholders to validate information support decision-making and ensure alignment on fulfillment strategies. The role demands independent judgment adaptability to unique situations and the ability to recommend appropriate alternatives when faced with operational constraints. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to HPs mission of delivering high-quality products and services shaping customer experience in a dynamic global supply chain environment.
Responsibilities
Support demand and supply matching activities by consolidating and validating planning data helping to connect forecasts to execution.
Assist in backlog management by tracking orders highlighting delays and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
Gather demand inputs from regional and country teams compile into reports and share with global stakeholders to support forecasting.
Monitor key performance metrics and flag potential issues or trends for review by senior planners.
Contribute to process improvement discussions by documenting current workflows and suggesting efficiency opportunities.
Coordinate with regional and global planning teams to ensure alignment on fulfillment schedules and priorities.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain management Business Engineering or a related field
Basic understanding of supply chain processes including planning sourcing and delivery.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural cross-functional team environment.
