Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering department including staff scheduling project assignments performance reviews and workflow prioritization.
- Foster an environment of teamwork accountability and professional growth.
- Maintain and Innovate
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality on-air and streaming signals.
- Oversee the maintenance repair and installation of broadcast production and IT systems.
- Support technical planning and system design to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Champion innovation through the implementation of new technologies and digital workflows.
- Support Broadcast Operations
- Supervise technical setup for remote productions and live events.
- Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
- Ensure operational readiness and quick response during critical or emergency broadcast situations.
