CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

> Minimum 1 year as a shift leader/manager in either the restaurant or other industry where skills are transferable.

Availability

> Have full 24/7 - 365 availability (including holidays) and able to work a minimum of 30 and 40 hours a week (up to 5 days a week).
> Must be available to work night shift (3P-9:30P)

Able to learn and assist in management related functions

Should reside within 20 miles of Slidell La.
