Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Project Manager.
In this role the Project Manager will streamline its complex interconnected business processes. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives without disrupting core operations leveraging advanced project management methodologies and tools to deliver successful primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to apply expertise in project management to oversee operational excellence process improvements and stakeholder engagement through effective governance simplification standardization and strategic planning across all supported units.

Responsibilities

oDefine the project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
oConduct feasibility studies and assess potential risks.
oCreate a business case or project charter to secure project approval.

oDevelop a detailed project plan that outlines tasks timelines resources and deliverables.
oCreate a budget and allocate resources effectively.
oIdentify and manage risks developing mitigation strategies for potential issues.

oLead and motivate the project team assigning tasks and clarifying roles.
oOversee project activities and manage the day-to-day workflow.
oFacilitate communication between team members stakeholders and clients.
& Controlling
oTrack project progress against the plan using key performance indicators (KPIs).
oManage the project budget and adjust resources as needed to stay on track.
oHandle changes to the project scope schedule or budget and communicate these changes to all parties.
oStrong stakeholder communication with HR leadership and IT operations

oObtain formal acceptance of the project deliverables from the client or sponsor.
oConduct a post-mortem or retrospective analysis to identify what went well and what could be improved for future projects.
oArchive all project documentation and release team members.

Qualifications We Seek in You!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
A bachelors degree in project management business administration or a related field is required
Extensive experience in project management preferably in a global or multinational context
Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Experience in project management with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management
Proven experience managing projects in complex environments including global or multinational contexts
Managed cross pod coordination for delivery (Support Run Build and Support)
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA Microsoft Project and Trello
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
Strong knowledge of risk management and dependency tracking across various streams
Experience with quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet defined standards
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for project hosting and collaboration
Experience with DevOps practices to enhance project delivery efficiency
