We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join an RPA (Robotic Process Automation)operations professional will be responsible for monitoringsupporting and optimizing RPA processes ensuring highperformance stability and efficiency in day-to-day automation operations.
The role involves close collaboration withprocess owners and development teams requiring both technical and communication skills to maintainand continuously improve automated solutions in a dynamic environment.
Monitor RPAprocess execution and performance ensuring reliability anduptime;
Manage and optimize process scheduling and orchestration;
Provide Level1 support for incidents and requests raised by businessstakeholders;
Investigate and troubleshoot production issuesperforming root cause analysis and escalation when necessary;
Maintain accurate documentation forprocesses incidents and technical changes;
Collaborate with RPA development teams toidentify and implement improvement opportunities;
Communicate effectively with stakeholders andprovide clear status reporting;
Promote best practices in automation governance and monitoring.
The following qualifications must beclearly included in your CV to be considered:
3years of experience in ProductionSupport or Application Support roles;
Proven experience in monitoring and maintaining productionsystems;
Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g. UiPathBlue Prism Automation Anywhere);
Understanding of incident and request management processes(ITIL framework);
Familiarity with ticketing systems such asServiceNow or JIRA;
Excellent Englishcommunication skills (spoken and written);
Strong problem-solvingand analyticalcapabilities.
Experience working with automation platforms or RPA solutions;
Previous experience in banking or enterprise environments;
Knowledge of monitoring tools and scheduling systems;
Proficiency in French is an advantage;
Familiarity with scripting or process optimization techniques.
Strong customerservice orientation and sense of ownership;
Excellent communicationand teamwork skills;
Ability to analyze and solve problemsunder pressure;
Highly organized with strong attention todetail;
