Descripción del puesto:
En Copeland buscamos un estudiante entusiasta y proactivo que desee desarrollar su carrera en el área de Compras. Como becario de Compras apoyarás al equipo en la gestión de proveedores el seguimiento de órdenes de compra el control administrativo y la optimización de procesos. Esta posición te permitirá adquirir experiencia en un entorno corporativo global trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios y aprendiendo las mejores prácticas en supply chain.
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar en la emisión y seguimiento de órdenes de compra.
Actualizar bases de datos y reportes de proveedores.
Dar soporte en la búsqueda y evaluación de nuevos proveedores.
Colaborar en el control de documentación (facturas contratos requisiciones).
Dar seguimiento a entregas y confirmaciones con proveedores.
Apoyar en la gestión de indicadores del área (KPIs).
Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y digitalización del área de compras.
Requisitos:
Estudiante activo(a) de los últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial Administración Comercio Internacional Negocios o afines.
Inglés intermedio (deseable).
Manejo de Excel y herramientas de Office.
Deseable conocimiento básico en SAP u otro ERP.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial de 8 am a 12 pm de lunes a viernes.
Actitud de aprendizaje atención al detalle y buena comunicación.
