Fab Support Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design and development of abatement equipment
• Technical review of treatment methods including combustion wet dry and plasma treatment
• Design and specification of equipment structure and function
• Development of treatment technology for hazardous gases (SiH₄ PH₃ AsH₃ HF Cl₂ etc.)
• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: (Not all of the following conditions need to be met.)

• Min. 3 years of experience in manufacturing
• Bachelors/masters degree in engineering.
• Enthusiasm for learning growth and personal development.
• English communication skills (must be willing to learn English).
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Commitment and persistence in achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of counterparts to achieve ultimate goals.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task abilities.
• Experience in designing and evaluating abatement equipment
• Knowledge of chemical engineering environmental engineering and mechanical engineering
• Understanding of plasma processing gas piping and vacuum technology
• Experience in safety management and regulatory compliance
