What youll do as aReturn to Vendor Associate with German
Request RMA from the vendor for defective inventory returns
Coordinate customer refused product to ensure return to Ingram Micro stock with resolve to customer satisfaction;
Facilitates the return and receipt of vendor refused returns
Maintains current/accurate vendor information as provided to them by the Purchasing Team
Manage customer disputes and RMA rejections
Manage and negotiate customer/vendor claims
Interact with other departments to resolve customer situations.
Communicate results to internal/external customers via verbal or electronic means.
Liaise with carriers to obtain Proof of Deliveries (POD) also assisting the freight department;
Contacting vendor to follow up on outstanding request to prevent the defective product from becoming aged
What youll bring
Very good German (B2) and English (B1-B2)
Previous experience in Purchasing/Customer Support/Data entry or equivalent
University degree is considered an advantage
