Who are we looking for

We are looking for a strategic cross-disciplinary Asset Information Systems Architect and Strategy Leadto lead the architecture functional design and project delivery of Asset Information Systems with a focus on IBM Maximo Application Suite or SAP EAM S/4HANA platforms. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on leadership in standard system design configuration integration and stakeholder engagement ensuring the successful delivery of asset-centric digital solutions aligned to ISO 55001 and supporting standards such as ISO 19650.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design and lead end-to-end enterprise asset management system architectures preferably certified in Maximo SAP EAM Oracle EAM or HxGN EAM.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the design configuration data models and business process alignment for asset lifecycle management
• Define integration approaches between EAM APM GIS/geospatial tools ERP and analytics platforms.
• Lead solution workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including business analysts developers and cybersecurity advisors.
• Align solutions to accommodate regulatory compliance digital workflows and intelligent asset data governance
• Translate business needs into scalable maintainable and secure system designs

What you will bring to the team:

• 10 years in solution architecture functional/technical leadership for EAM/APM solutions.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes and ISO 55001-aligned requirements.
• Proven delivery experience across industries such as water energy mining transport or infrastructure.
• Experience in system integration with GIS ERP field mobility tools and other related enterprise-grade solutions.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity considerations in asset-intensive environments is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in engineering information systems operations management or equivalent; industry certifications (e.g. Maximo SAP TOGAF) are a plus

Work schedule:Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid
