AtToyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) we pride ourselves on delivering world-class equipment and exceptional customer service. Were looking for aReceptionist/Administration Assistantwhos organised professional and ready to keep our branch running smoothly.
What youll be doing:
- Greeting visitors and providing a warm professional welcome
- Answering and directing calls with efficiency and care
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the team
- Maintaining reception and office areas to a high standard
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
What were looking for:
- Current drivers licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly professional and proactive approach
- Previous admin/reception experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within an administration/clerical role. Experience in a mechanical service type business is desirable.
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Previous experience in a fast pace working environment.
- Proven experience with dealing with both internal and external customers.
