Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor for the Applied Behavior Analysis Early Intervention (ABA EI) Program will provide supervision and oversight to the overall clinical functioning and personnel management of the EI Program in consultation with clinical directors. This includes all assessment and treatment approaches used by staff in the ABA EI Program including licensed behavior analysts certified behavior technicians graduate students and speech and language pathologists. The Clinical Supervisor ABA EI will function as a liaison to other leaders in the center and hospital ensure engagement of staff and function as a clinical resource to therapists staff and community charge of operational issues including System for Daily Improvement timecards performance evaluations and scheduling/deployment. Identify ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in development of protocols standards and guidelines of care for evidence-based approaches to treating challenging and maladaptive behavior. Consider existing protocols as evidence-based models of care are established. Assist with complex patient management issues and collaborate in care coordination to respond to concerns of patients and families.

Required Education and Experience
Masters degree in social sciences special education psychology communication disorders or related field.
Minimum five years experience working with children with autism developing and implementing behavior intervention programs.

Required Credentials
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or demonstrated equivalent level of experience.
Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Within 12 weeks of employment must obtain and maintain in good standing medical or allied health professional staff privileges that are not limited revoked suspended conditioned or probationary except for normal probationary periods due to initial appointment.
All medical and allied health professional staff members are provisional for the first year.
Any and all medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Childrens will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individuals employment at Childrens.
Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Childrens as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies.

Preferred

5 years of BCBA experience

Previous experience supervising staff implementation of ABA interventions and overseeing personnel management duties.
Previous experience with program development and strategic planning.
Experience in pediatric care setting and/or hospital based multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation Range

$107431.00 - $161147.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
